Industrial lights with LED overheating protection

About the project:

Problems:

Cheap Chinese lamps were purchased for the factory. Due to the LED overheating, their luminous flux fell too quickly. In practice, they didn’t have a cooling system (radiator).

The goal:

To provide enough light and long service life of the lamps.

SOLUTION AND IMPLEMENTATION:

  1. Our lights have a radiator providing cooling of the LED with a double reserve;
  2. The project was calculated in the Dialux system with a lighting reserve of 30%.

Results:

The correct heat dissipation system from the LED is the key to designing a quality luminary with overheating protection.

Our standard radiator can provide 10 years without loss of luminous flux. The luminary in this project is guaranteed for 10 years. The illumination level slightly exceeds the standard SNIP norm on this subject, but the operation department was very pleased.
